Build It Live breaks record on venue debut
Build It Live's debut at the Kent Event Centre last weekend was a huge success for IDSystems, with a record number of enquiries received over the two days of the show.
Our first exhibition of the year was a huge success as the change of venue brought new customers to the Build It Live exhibition this year.
The move from the shows previous home of four years at the Bluewater Shopping Centre close to the M25 and A2 in Kent, to the rural pastures of the Kent Showground near Maidstone was a calculated risk by the event organisers, but in the end the show proved a record breaker for IDSystems, with more enquiries received for our products than ever before.
Speaking after the show, IDSystems Marketing Manager David Clarke was delighted, saying "The show for us was superb, and the move to Maidstone brought out a different, but no less motivated audience. It is clear that the appetite for self-build projects is strong, and the number of visitors who turned up with plans in hand to talk to us about a project was really pleasing - with interest in theEGDE, our ultra-slim sliding door, topping all other enquiries."
"The next steps for us is to follow up all of the conversations we had over the weekend and to provide further details and information on our product range, but we already have a number of customers booked to view our full range of systems in our showroom which is encouraging."
"The self-build market is one where we have such a strong reputation, and it comes down to our experience and technical knowledge. We understand how much hard-work our customers put into their project and how all-consuming a self-build becomes, so being able to work closely alongside the client all the way through their process and to see how thrilled they are with the end results is hugely satisfying."
