London Homebuilding & Renovating Show a huge success for IDSystems
The three day London Homebuilding & Renovating Show at ExCeL proved a big success for IDSystems, with thousands of people visiting our stand to learn more about our bifold doors, sliding doors and innovative slide and turn doors over the long weekend
With more than 20,000 visitors the show is one of the largest of its kind in London and, with the IDSystems stand at the very entrance to the hall, our team of project advisors were kept busy from the moment the doors opened in the morning until long after the show finished each evening.
The advisors were on hand to offer advice and support on a wide range of glazing topics to customers at every stage of their build, from those seeking inspiration for a future project to those already on site and nearing completion.
The IDSystems stand featured a selection of our products including our award-winning SUNFLEX bifold door, sliding door and innovative vistaline slide & turn doors systems, along with examples of our windows, glass roofs, front doors and Art-Deco inspired heritage doors.
In addition to the stand at the show, IDSystems also hosted a masterclass session, offering advice on selecting between bifold and sliding doors for a project. The session, part of the shows ask the expert series, was standing room only as more than 400 people packed the masterclass theatre.
Speaking of the success of the show, IDSystems Marketing Manager David Clarke was delighted, saying "There is an incredible amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make these exhibitions happen, but the success we had more than makes that all worth while. This was a brand new stand and one that featured a combination of products we had never exhibited before, so to be so busy over the three days was hugely impressive."
"Our team talked to a huge number of visitors to the show, some at very early stages of their project but most armed with plans and drawings of what they are going to be building, seeking to put the finishing touches to their extensions, renovations or builds."
"The chance for those customers to get a hands on feel for our products and to understand why we believe they are the most advanced and usable systems on the market is invaluable and the response in terms of the number of enquiries we have taken and the orders that are already placed plays testament to that."
Next up for IDSystems is the Grand Designs Live exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham (10-14 October), before we head for the Homebuilding & Renovating Show at the Harrogate Convention Centre from 2-4 November.
